Return Policy – Hot Kitch

After the item is delivered, you have 3 days (72 hours) to inform us for a return.
For example, if the item was delivered on the 5th, you can request a return until the 8th.

Returns will only be accepted in these 2 cases:

  • If you received the wrong kitchen product

  • If the product is damaged, defective, or faulty

The return process is simple:

  1. First, confirm that the product meets the return criteria

  2. Contact us via call or email to request a return

  3. Our team will provide you with the office address

  4. Pack the product in its original packaging and condition

  5. Arrange for product pickup or drop-off

  6. Our team will conduct a quality check of the product

  7. If the quality check is passed, your refund will be processed

Note:
Used, washed, or damaged (due to the customer) kitchen items will not be eligible for return or refund.
