Terms of Services – Hot Kitch

  1. Delivery & Return Request:
    After the item is delivered, you have 3 days (72 hours) to inform us for a return request.
    For example, if the item was delivered on the 5th, you can request a return until the 8th.

  2. Return Eligibility:
    Returns will only be accepted in these two cases:

    • If you received the wrong kitchen product

    • If the product is damaged, defective, or faulty

  3. Return Process:

    • First, confirm that the product meets the return criteria

    • Contact us via call or email to request a return

    • Our team will provide you with the office address

    • Pack the product in its original packaging and condition

    • Arrange for product pickup or drop-off

    • Our team will conduct a quality check of the product

    • If the quality check passes, your refund will be processed

  4. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Used, washed, or customer-damaged kitchen items will not be eligible for return or refund.

  5. Refund Policy:

    • Refunds will only be given for products that meet the return criteria and pass the quality check.

  6. Customer Responsibility:

    • It is the customer’s responsibility to maintain the original packaging and condition of the product when returning it.
