Delivery & Return Request:
After the item is delivered, you have 3 days (72 hours) to inform us for a return request.
For example, if the item was delivered on the 5th, you can request a return until the 8th. -
Return Eligibility:
Returns will only be accepted in these two cases:-
If you received the wrong kitchen product

If the product is damaged, defective, or faulty

First, confirm that the product meets the return criteria

Contact us via call or email to request a return

Our team will provide you with the office address

Pack the product in its original packaging and condition

Arrange for product pickup or drop-off

Our team will conduct a quality check of the product

If the quality check passes, your refund will be processed

Non-Returnable Items:

Used, washed, or customer-damaged kitchen items will not be eligible for return or refund.

Refunds will only be given for products that meet the return criteria and pass the quality check.

Customer Responsibility:

It is the customer’s responsibility to maintain the original packaging and condition of the product when returning it.
